EN Re Allocation

Preamble

With this function fillings can be assigned automatically.

Important hints

• Vor einer Zuordnung sollte geprüft werden, ob eine manuelle Zuordnung der Transaktionen nicht sinnvoller ist.
• Die Zuordnung erfolgt auf Basis der zum Zeitpunkt der Zuordnung gültigen Stammdaten. (Ausweise, Fahrzeuge, Fahrer, Firmen etc.)
• Bei einer Zuordnung sollte auf alle Fälle eine Zeitauswahl getroffen werden, da sonst alle in der Datenbank enthaltenen Transaktionen betroffen sind. Dies kann sich massiv auf die Dauer der Zuordnung auswirken.

Settings

• Selected periode: activation and selection of the periode

• Card Reader: activation and selection of the card reader whose fillings shall be assigned

• only company: activation and selection of the company whose fillings shall be assigned

• only vehicle: activation and selection of the vehicle whose fillings shall be assigned

• only not allocated transactions: shall "only not allocated" fillings be assigned or all fillings be assigned

• short report: shall the assignment protocoll be displayed/printed

• delete duplicates: shall duplicate fillings be deleted during the assignment

• Local: shall fillings be assigned which have been done at local card readers
• Outside: shall fillings be assigned which have not been done at local card readers

• Local cards: shall fillings be assigned done with local cards
• EC: shall EC-card-fillings be assigned
• Cash: shall Cash-fillings be assigned
• Fleet: shall Fleet-card-fillings be assigned
• Credit: shall Credit-card-fillings be assigned

Hint: In the default settings of the Re-Allocation, the type of filling "EC", "Cash" and "Credit" are not activated, da bei diesen Tankungsarten davon ausgegangen wird, dass der Geldfluss nicht über Autopoll abgewickelt wird (z.B. mit einer Faktura oder einem Export). Eine Zuordnung ist deshalb nicht notwendig und teilweise auch nicht durchführbar. (Anonyme EC-Karten-Tankung).

Result

If "short report" will be activated, the result will be displayed and can be printed/stored as PDF file for protocoll reasons.
