EN not allocated fillings

Preamble
Under certain circumstances fillings without assignment can occur in Autopoll. So it is recommended to periodically check "not assigned" fillings. In any case a check should be executed before the invoicing, before exporting fillings, before analysing vehicle consumptions and/or during analysing stock differences.
How to check "not assigned/allocated" fillings ?
- Under "Help-Info" you will find in the lowermost row the number of "not assigned" fillings done with "station"-cards.
- Under "Evaluations-Fills without allocation" you can create a report, which lists, after a previous selection, all "not assigned" fillings.
How and when do "not assigned/allocated" fillings occur ?
Case 1: By doing a polling with the card reader (selected option fillings) the fillings will be transmitted to Autopoll process number by process number and stored unassigned in the Autopoll database. When all fillings are transmitted the automatical assignment of the just polled fillings should be executed after the connection to the card reader is being closed. If something unforeseen happens on the computer which blocks Autopoll or the connection to the card reader is being interrupted abruptly, the process is being finished and the automatic assignment will not be executed. So every just polled filling is not assigned.
Characteristics:
- these fillings have continuous process numbers and belong to one polling action
- these fillings are missing the company, the vehicle and/or driver and often the product too
- if the products are missing, these fillings do not reduce the tank level
Case 2:
At the moment of the automatic assignment of fillings during a card reader polling (selected option fillings) the transmitted card is not in the Autopoll database or the corresponding card exists but has no assigned vehicle or driver. In both cases the filling cannot be assigned.
Characteristics:
- these fillings have no continuous process numbers, instead they are fillings in between normal fillings
- these fillings are missing the company and the vehicle and/or driver. The products have been assigned normally
How to re-assign "not assigned/allocated" fillings later ?
In case 1: Man startet über Actions-Re-Allocation eine automatische Neuzuordnung. In diesem Fall müssen die folgenden Einstellungen gemacht werden:
- den genauen Zeitraum (von- bis) aktivieren und einstellen
- den betroffenen Tankautomaten aktivieren und auswählen
- den Haken bei "nur nicht zugeordnete Transaktionen" setzen
- die Haken bei "Station","Bar","EC","Kredit" und "Flotte" setzen, sofern die jeweilige Kartenart zugeordnet werden soll (*1)
(*1) Es gibt Kunden die ordnen EC- oder Kreditkartentankungen nicht zu, weil sie diese auch nicht abrechnen.
In case 2: Mit Hilfe des Berichtes "Tankungen ohne Zuordnung" kontrollieren, ob es den Ausweis gibt bzw. wieso diesem Ausweis kein Fahrzeug oder Fahrer zugeordnet wurde. Den Ausweis anlegen bzw. das Fahrzeug oder den Fahrer dem Ausweis zuordnen. Dies verhindert, dass neue Tankungen vom Tankautomaten abgeholt und nicht zugeordnet werden können. Die Tankung über Daten-Tankdaten filtern, öffnen, manuell eine Firma und das Fahrzeug bzw. den Fahrer zuordnen und speichern. Manuell veränderte Tankungen werden in der Übersicht blau dargestellt.
Oder aber über Actions-Re-Allocation und den Voreinstellungen nicht zugeordnete Stationskarten, diese Tankungen zuordnen.
