Preamble

With this function the EC card transactions (fillings and washings) in Autopoll can be reported, printed and/or saved as a PDF file.


Pre-conditions

  • at least Autopoll LIGHT
  • card reader with EC function

The checklist for the EC card fillings can be opend over Reports-EC, Credit, Fleet, Cash-EC Card Fills.

Special - with grouping by fleetcard type

Depending on the used card reader it is possible to individually configure this report so that the report can list the EC card fillings separated by the EC card types. For details please contact the Autopoll hotline.

Datei:Achtung.svg Old card readers like the TA2340 transmitted all the EC card information with the fillings and Autopoll could print these data on this report. Due to data privacy laws modern, actual card readers like the Hecstar does not transmit EC card information with the fillings anymore. For questions please contact the Autopoll hotline.
