Preamble

With this function the credit card transactions (fillings and washings) in Autopoll can be reported, printed and/or saved as a PDF file.


Pre-conditions

  • at least Autopoll LIGHT
  • card reader with credit card function

The checklist for the credit card fillings can be opend over Reports-EC, Credit, Fleet, Credit Card Fills.

Depending on the used card reader it is possible to individually configure this report so that the report can list the credit card fillings separated by the creditcard types. For details please contact the Autopoll hotline.

Achtung.svg Old card readers like the TA2340 transmitted all the credit card information with the fillings and Autopoll could print these data on this report. Due to data privacy laws modern, actual card readers like the Hecstar does not transmit credit card information with the fillings anymore. For questions please contact the Autopoll hotline.
