EN fleet card fills

Preamble

With this function the fleet card transactions (fillings and washings) in Autopoll can be reported, printed and/or saved as a PDF file.

Pre-conditions

• at least Autopoll LIGHT
• card reader with fleet card function

The checklist for the fleet card fillings can be opend over Reports-EC, Credit, Fleet, Cash-Fleet card fill.

Settings

Selection of the periode and card readers which shall be evaluated.

Standard - without grouping by fleetcard type

Configuration of the display of the report.

Result

Special - with grouping by fleetcard type

Depending on the used card reader it is possible to individually configure this report so that the report can list the fleet card fillings separated by the fleetcard types. For details please contact the Autopoll hotline.
