EN fuels attestation

Preamble

The fuels attestation can be used in Germany to file returns within the german energy tax law to keep the german agriculture and forestry competitive on the european market. In other european countries other laws apply, but the fuels attestation can be used for such a purpose there too.

Settings

from: start date and time

to: date and time until fillings will be evaluated. Special: the "TO" date and time will not be included, only fillings until that date and time will be evaluated !

test run: If activated the selected fillings will not being marked "evaluated" (see filling list) and can be evaluated again at any time. If deactivated ("real mode") the selected fillings will be marked "evaluated" and the evaluated fillings can't be analysed again this way. To evaluate theses fillings again the option "process once more" has to be activated. (see below)

Product: selection of the product which shall be evaluated (normally Diesel)

Selection of companies, vehicles, drivers, and cost centres which shall be evaluated. If nothing is selected all fillings of the previously selected product will be evaluated

Selection 3 stays unconsidered and serves only for individual configured special conditions.

Result
