EN origins

Preamble

In Autopoll the allocation/assignment criteria of the different filling/booking sources are configured over the "origins". Additionally the product replacements during filling imports will be set over the "origins" too.

The origins should only be edited after talking to and in corporation with the Autopoll hotline..

The origin administration is being opened over Settings-Herkünfte (origins).

Origin administration

Master data

In the origins it is configured in which order which data fields will be used to assign/allocate fillings.

Card readers

Normally in case of card readers the card identification numbers/strings will be used to assign/allocate fillings.

Filling imports

In case of filling imports, e.g. Euroshell, the vehicle plate number will be used to assign/allocate fillings.

Allcocation/Assignment definitions

Pos: allocation/assignment order position of the data field (e.g. pan1)

Field name: exact data field name (used in the corresponding format)

Veh: the options of this row are realted to vehicles

Drv: the options of this row are related to drivers

Display: if activated, the chosen allocation/assignment option value will be printed/listed in the allocation/assignment protocoll (card reader = polling protocoll, filling import = import protocoll)

Pan: depending on the row which is being used the allocation/assignment will be attempted with the card identification number/string of vehicle cards (upper row) or driver cards (lower row)

Crd.No.: depending on the row which is being used the allocation/assignment will be attempted with the card number of vehicle cards (upper row) or driver cards (lower row)

No.: depending on the row which is being used the allocation/assignment will be attempted with the number of vehicles (upper row) or drivers (lower row)

Reg.No.: the allocation/assignment will be attempted with the vehicle plate number/vehicle registration number

Descr.: the allocation/assignment will be attempted with the vehicle description

The numbers will indicate the allocation/assignment attempts order.

Import replacement

In the import replacement is configured which import product code (left column, Import-Wert) will be replaced by which Autopoll product number (right column, neuer Wert). Details to the filling import under import fillings.
