Preamble
There is the possibility in Autopoll to work with placeholders in reports and in email texts. These placeholders see to it that values or data are taken from the database instead of putting in fixed texts.
Advantage: Not every change in master data has to be changed in the reports and/or email texts too, because with placeholders the actual database value/data will be taken.
Requirements
- Most of the placeholders for reports and email texts exist since Autopoll version V3. From Autopoll V4 new placeholders have been added.
- In reports and report-layouts the placeholders have to be put in as "MailMerge-Field". The layout configuration should be arranged in corporation with the Autopoll hotline.
- In email texts, in terms of payment (invoice profiles) and other texts, the placeholders have to be put in in between < >. E.x. <FAELLIG> as placeholder for the calculated payment date in the terms of payment or <TKBEZ> as placeholder for the tank name in an email for the notice of an undercut of the tank level.
