EN building site report

Preamble
Mit dieser Erweiterungsfunktion können in Autopoll Baustellen verwaltet werden. Dazu werden Fahrzeuge zeitlich begrenzt und den Baustellen zugeordnet. Tankungen, die mit diesen Fahrzeugen im Zeitraum der Baustelle gemacht wurden, erhalten automatisch die Baustelle als Zusatzinformation. Momentan ist der Baustellenbericht dahingehend ausgerichtet alle ausgewählten Tankungen auf die zugeordneten Baustellen gruppiert aufzulisten. Zukünftig soll es (ab Autopoll V5) die Möglichkeit geben, Baustellen auch einzeln auszuwählen und auszuwerten.

Building site administration
Master Files
Bulding site: unqiue name of the building site
Number: unique number of the building site
valid from: date from which the building site is active
work to: date until the building site is active
Vehicles
List of the assigned vehicles
Assignment vehicle to building site
Building site: display of the building site the vehicle shall be assigned to
Vehicle: selection of a vehicle. Building sites are independent of companies so all vehicles are selectable/available.
valid from: date from which the vehicle is assigned to the building site
work to: date until the vehicle is assigned to the building site
Filling with assigned building site
After the building sites are registered and the vehicles are assigned to the corresponding building sites, the configured building sites are assigned to all the fillings of the affected vehicles.
Report
Menu call up
The building site report can be opened over Evaluations - Filling Records - Building Sites Report.
Settings
Selection of period, net-gross, sequential number, polling number, source/origin, local or external filling and filling type which shall be evaluated.
Selection of companies, vehicle, drivers, cost center, card readers and products which shall be evaluated.
If nothing is selected all fillings are evaluated.
Selection III stays unconsidered and serves only for individual configured special conditions.
Configuration of the display of the report.
Number of records: How many fillings have been selected/counted
already computed prices: How many of the selected/counted fillings have computed prices
already processed: How many of the selected/counted fillings have already been analysed in "real mode"
still to process: How many of the selected/counted fillings have not been analysed in "real mode" and could now being analysed
If no filling is counted, the "Start processing" button is deactivated.
