EN fills with no charge

Preamble
Mit dem Gratisabgabe-Tool können den Firmen ein Kontingent zugeordnet werden, dessen Verbrauch bei der Rechnungschreibung kostenlos abgegeben wird. Wenn das Kontingent verbraucht ist, werden ganz normale Rechnungen geschrieben. Das Kontingent kann sich auf Mengen oder Beträge beziehen und die monatlich anzurechenende Menge bzw. der Betrag kann begrenzt werden.
Pre-conditions
- from Autopoll Plus version 3.5, last bugfixing in version 4.2.2.521 FR14 (Sep 2015).
- Autopoll extension E1441 Modul P1: extended invoicing
- A company can only be configured to have "fills with no charge" or "rebates/charges". Not both.
Settings
Autopoll License
An Autopoll license with the activated tool "fills with no charge" is required.
Product entry
To be able to book the deduction of the fills with no charge, a suitable product has to be registered first. Details to products under products.
Configuration of the fills with no charge
The configuration of fills with no charge will be made directly in the corresponding company by opening the company over Data-Companies and change to the register "fills with no charge".
enabled: activation or deactivation for the invoicing of this fills with no charge
work to: till when this contingent shall be invoiced, expire date
products: Artikel, auf den die Gratisabgabe zur Anrechnung kommt, dessen Abgabe bis zum Verbrauch des Kontingent gratis ist.
Type: Type of the contingent, whether the net- or gross-amount or the volume is taken into account
Starting: the value of how much is for free
Actual: the value, which is available after reduced by the previously recorded values
Product for the booking: product for the booking and the invoice and the VAT rate which shall be used
Die Werte "minimal" und "maximal" kommen nur in Sonderfällen zum Einsatz und stehen nur zur Verfügung, wenn der Parameter autopoll.gratisabgabe.minmax.enabled auf "Y" gesetzt ist.
minimal: minimaler Wert, der auch abgezogen wird, wenn die Verbräuche bei der Abrechnung geringer waren
maximal: maximaler Wert, der bei einer Abrechnung zum Abzug kommt.
Usage
Invoicing
Bei der Rechnungslegung wird der verfügbare Teil des Kontingents in Abzug gebracht und als separate Position am Ende der Rechnung ausgewiesen. Details zur Fakturierung unter Fakturierung
Test run
Während des Probelaufes werden die Gratisabgaben nicht berücksichtigt. Die Gratisabgaben kommen nur beim Echtlauf der Fakturierung zur Anrechnung. Details zum Probelauf/Echtlauf unter Fakturierung
cancellation system / repeating system
Wenn statt mit einem Stornosystem mit einem Wiederholungssystem gearbeitet wird, erfolgt bei jedem Rechnungslauf der Abzug der Gratisabgabe. In diesem Fall müssen die Werte der Gratisabgaben zurückgesetzt werden. Ebenso ist bei stornierten Rechnungen zu prüfen, was in Abzug gebracht wurde. Hints
- Ab Version 4.2.5.421 können je Firma auch mehrere Gratisabgaben hinterlegt werden. Dies setzt voraus, dass nur eine Gratisabgabe aktiv ist, also eine Restmenge > 0 hat oder nicht abgelaufen ist.
