EN fills with no charge
Preamble
With the function "fills with no charge" companies can be assigned a contigent of a product, of which the consumption value will be booked as free (without costs) during the invoicing. If the contingent is exhausted, the invocing will be made normally without reductions. The contingent can be defined as a quantity or an amount and the monthly value can be limited.
Pre-conditions
- Autopoll PLUS variant is required
- available from Autopoll version 3.5
- last bugfixing in version 4.2.2.421 FR14 (Sep 2015).
- Autopoll extension E1441 Modul P1: extended invoicing is required
- A company can only be configured to have "fills with no charge" or "rebates/charges". Not both.
Settings
Autopoll License
An Autopoll license with the activated tool "fills with no charge" is required.
Product registration
To be able to book the deduction of the fills with no charge, a suitable product has to be registered first. Details to products under products.
Configuration of the fills with no charge
The configuration of fills with no charge will be made directly in the corresponding company by opening the company over Data-Companies and change to the register "fills with no charge".
enabled: activation or deactivation for the invoicing of this fills with no charge
work to: till when this contingent shall be invoiced, expire date
products: product, on which the fills with no charge shall apply and of whom the fillings are free until the contingent is exhausted
Type: Type of the contingent, whether the net- or gross-amount or the volume is taken into account
Starting: the value of how much is for free
Actual: the value, which is available after reduced by the previously recorded values
Product for the booking: product for the booking and the invoice and the VAT rate which shall be used
The values "Minimal" and "Maximal" are only used in special cases and are only available/visible when the parameter "autopoll.gratisabgabe.minmax.enabled" is set to "Y".
Minimal: minimum value, which is even reduced, when the consumption values are lower during the invoicing
Maximal: maximmum value, which is reduced during the invoicing
Usage
Invoicing
During the invoicing the available contingent of the corresponding product is being reduced, booked and reported in a separate position at the end of the invoice. Details to the invoicing under invoicing
Test run
During the test run of the invoicing the "fills with no charge" are not being taken into account. Only when doing the invoicing in a production run. Details to test run/production run under invoicing
cancellation system / repeating system
When using an invoicing repeating system instead of an invoicing cancellation system, the "fills with no charge" are booked with every invoicing session. In this case the values of the "fills with no charge" have to be checked and restored. In case of the cancellation of invoices the values of the "fills with no charge" have to be checked too. Hints
- From version 4.2.5.421 several "fills with no charge" can be configured in each company. This calls for only one active "fills with no charge" (actual value > 0 or not expired).
