EN filling site

Preamble

The filling sites in Autopoll are being used to group card readers as a preparation for the Autopoll extension "Betriebsmodul" and/or the Autopoll service "MTS-K german price forwarding".

Pre-conditions

• Autopoll extension with costs "factory module" or service with costs "MTS-K german price forwarding"
• partly activated in version LIGHT, but with no real function.

Menu call up

The filling site administration is being opened over Settings - sites.

The meaning of each icon is being explained under general handling.

Administration of the filling sites

Card readers

Descr.: short and unique name for the site

Display and subsequent editing of the assigned card readers.

Card reader assignment

Open the corresponding card reader over Settings - Card reader terminals. Select the previously entered site in the field "Master Files- site".

MTS

Details under MTS-K german price forwarding

More data

These fields can be used as additional information/data for individual reports and/or exports, e.x. cost unit or internal identure number. The field names can be changed individually by double clicking on them.
