EN fuels attestation

Preamble
The fuels attestation can be used in Germany to file returns within the german energy tax law to keep the german agriculture and forestry competitive on the european market. In other european countries other laws apply, but the fuels attestation can be used for such a purpose there too.

Settings
from: start date and time
to: date and time until fillings will be evaluated. Special: the "TO" date and time will not be included, only fillings until that date and time will be evaluated !
test run: Bei Aktivierung werden die ermittelten Werte der Kraftstoffbescheinigung NICHT als "ausgewertet" markiert (siehe Tankdatenliste) und können jeder Zeit wieder ausgewertet werden. Bei der Deaktivierung (dem "Echtlauf") werden die betroffenen Tankungen als "ausgewertet" markiert. Eine Wiederholung der Kraftstoffbescheinigung mit den selben Einstellungen ist nur durch Setzen der Option "Daten erneut verarbeiten" möglich.
Product: selection of the product which shall be evaluated (normally Diesel)
Selection of companies, vehicles, drivers, and cost centres which shall be evaluated. If nothing is selected all fillings of the previously selected product will be evaluated
Selection 3 stays unconsidered and serves only for individual configured special conditions.
