EN other movements
Preamble
With this function other movements/bookings can be displayed, checked, edited, manually registered and in certain circumstances deleted.

In this documentation only the booking type "sales record" is being explained. The other booking types are explained in the corresponding and above mentioned documentation.
Menu call up
The administration of other movements is being opened over Data-Other movements.
Not every Autopoll user has the rights for this menu item.
Display
By default a filter is activated (light shaded symbol 
), which is configured on the last 14 days. That means that when starting that function only the other movements of the last 14 days are being displayed.

Editing
Master Files
booking type: type of booking (see above mentioned table)
Date/Time: date and time of the bookin
Sep.No.: continuous sequential number of the booking
Product: booked product
Volume: qunatity
Receipt price: unit price
Receipt value: total amount
VAT: used VAT and VAT amount
gross/net: setting whether gross or net values
Company: assigned company
Vehicle: assigned vehilce of the above mentioned company
Cost center: cost center assigned to the above mentioned vehicle
Odometer R.: odometer value our running hours of the vehicle
Driver: assigned driver of the above mentioned company
Comment: commentary to the filling , max. 30 digits
Additional information
Acccording to the restrictions of the logged in Autopoll user, the folders "More data" and "History" are visible or not.
