EN actionplan scheduler

Preamble

With this function Autopoll tasks can be executed automatically.

Pre-conditions

Available Autopoll tasks with the pre conditions Autopoll version and/or Autopoll extensions.

The Autopoll client configured in the corresponding actionplan has to be started and has to run at the executing date and time of the actionplan. In case of an Autopoll network installation please also read installation network client.

If the executing Autopoll client shall not be running permanently, then the Autopoll extension "AP control" will provide the possibility to control the Autopoll client from the outside. For further details please contact the Autopoll hotline.

Scheduler

Status

Whether the scheduler is active or not can be seen in the status row at the bottom of the Autopoll window. If nothing is displayed the scheduler is inactive.

Administration of actionplans

The actionplans can not be administrated when the scheduler is active. Please deactivate the scheduler first like explained above. BUT DO NOT FORGET to activate the scheduler when the administration of the actionsplans is finished.

Settings

Descr.: short, unique and lightly understandable name of the actionplan

Folge Aktion: with this setting actionplan chains can be created. Example: Prices have been imported by an actionplan and the follow-up actionplan can be the transmission of these prices to the card reader/s. The follow-up actionplan has to be registered first but with out an executing date and time.

Client: the client number of the Autopoll client installation which shall execute the actionplan. In singleplace installations normally the 1. For Autopoll network installations please read [EN_installation_network#Installation_client| installation network client]].

Repetition: How often the actionplan shall be repeated when the first attempts wre not successful. Example: during the polling of a crad reader when the card reader is busy or is unavailable.

Pause [min]: the break between the repititions

Interval [min]: some Autopoll tasks (e.x. price monitoring) require the setting of a monitoring interval instead of repitition and pause.

Day: the following selections are available:

jeden Tag (every day) / Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday / Saturday / Sunday / Mo-Fr / Mo-Sa / Sa-So (Sa-Su) / Tag des Monats (day of the month)

Tag des Monats (day of the month): Input of the exact day (number) of the month. Example: 1 for the 1st of every month. This setting requires the selection of "Tag des Monats" in the field Day.

Time: executing time of the actionplan

Polling

Automatic polling of the card reader/s.

In the register "Allocation" of the actionplan the card reader/s (left side) and the polling transers/functions/options (right side) according to the card reader type have to be activated/selected.

Backup

Automatic Autopoll backup. No further settings in the actionplan are required, but the backup has to be configured in advance and one time manually and successfully been executed (for the storage of the backup paths). backup singleplace - backup network

import (wrong translation price transmission)

Automatic comparison of the actual prices with the last prices sent to the card reader/s. In case of an inequality the polling/transmission of prices is being triggered. This polling has to be configured like explained under 4.3.1 Polling. Important: the polling transfer/function/option "Prices" has to be activated ! This Autopoll task can be configured with "Interval (min)", instead of "Repetition" and "Pause". price monitoring - AP online

Events

Automatic check of the "list of terms" and/or the "driver license control". No further settings in the actionplan are required, but the "list of terms" and/or "driver license control" have to be configured in advance.
